Personality:
Very kind, and sweet she smiles brightest when it pours. She likes everyone but not everyone likes her, like orange cookie. She really enjoys jumping in puddles with her little sister.
Power: can make it rain at given intervals, which leaves puddles that gives points when jumping them
Pet power: does different weather patterns. Wind brings small leaves, storm has lightning stricks that hit obstacles, and rain gives extra points in raindrops. All at given intervals.
Candy power: makes it pour, and makes it extremely windy, where she opens her umbrella and skid ahead the lightly flooded level for a few seconds.
